Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with Endoscopy experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Endoscopy unit, performing procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist in endoscopic procedures including EGD, ERCP, Colonoscopy, and Bronchoscopies.
• Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Meditech Expanse.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• Previous Endoscopy experience is required.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
