ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
My State Farm journey began in 2008 when I started in claims, giving me valuable industry experience and a strong foundation before eventually opening an agency of my own. I’ve now been an agent for three years and currently lead a growing team of six. I’m also a proud Illinois State University graduate.

Our culture is friendly, laid-back, and competitive. We set high expectations and want to perform at our best, but we also believe work should be enjoyable. We get together for quarterly office outings, keep a stocked break room, and create plenty of opportunities to have fun as a team. We’re even occasionally joined by my Bernese Mountain Dog, who proudly serves as our CDO (Chief Dog Officer)!

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We stay involved through community events and charitable initiatives, including a donation partnership with Special Olympics. We also enjoy including family members in many of our outings and activities, helping create a welcoming environment that extends beyond the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dan Miller - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

SCHEDULE : We understand everyone’s schedule is different. That’s why we offer the option to work either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days - giving you flexibility to choose what works best for you.
