Job Summary HAVEN OF BEMENT LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Bement, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Bement, Illinois Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift Qualifications Active Illinois RN license required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred Ability to work every other weekend Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Benefits Full-Time (30+ Hours per Week): Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays), Life & Disability Insurance Options, Daily Pay Access, and Employee Discount Program Part-Time: Flexible Scheduling, Paid Time Off (where applicable), Daily Pay Access, Employee Discount Program, and Opportunity to transition to Full-Time Why Choose Haven of Bement?
