What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Leading a crew through landscape installations and property maintenance
- Setting the standard for quality, pace, and professionalism on every job
- Communicating clearly with your crew and reporting to company leadership
- Preparing job sites, tools, and materials and keeping operations running smoothly
- Identifying and solving problems before they become bigger issues
- Coaching and developing the people around you
- Operating and overseeing safe use of equipment
- This is hands-on leadership. You're in the field, not the office.

Compensation & Benefits
- $24–$26/hour – Team Leader, based on experience
- Paid Time Off + 6 Paid Holidays

Basic Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Tiger, GA
- Experience leading or directing others in a field or trades environment
- Landscaping, grounds, or related outdoor work experience
- Equipment operation
- Crew or leadership experience
