Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations focused on the evaluation and performance testing of advanced fluid-based materials used in printing technologies. This role involves preparing test samples, operating laboratory instrumentation, and documenting results to support product development and application studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle liquid-based material samples for testing and analysis
• Conduct routine laboratory tests using standard equipment and established procedures
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate lab instruments to ensure accurate results
• Record, analyze, and report experimental data in a clear and organized manner
• Assist in the development and refinement of testing methods and protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing research and application projects

Qualifications

• Previous laboratory experience required (academic or industry)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory testing techniques and basic analytical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in documenting results and using basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, data systems)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
