We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget

• Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the home-buying process

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up

• Use our CRM and proven systems to manage your sales pipeline

• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate referrals

• Host team open houses and work assigned buyer leads

• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training

• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
