Purely Driven. **Position Summary** As a Maintenance Team Member, what will you contribute to our team? You will provide regular and preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner to all plant equipment with a home position in the process, clumping, blow molding, or conventional areas; assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts; use a wide variety of different tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment; responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments. + Equipment troubleshooting and repair. + Perform required PM checks and report all problems to supervision. + Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and Blow Molding positions as needed. + Monitor, operate and problem solve throughout the blow mold area, from material receiving to finished goods. + Building and grounds repair. + Utilize WMS and SAP maintenance system for work order functions. + Maintain record keeping and inventory of spare parts as required. + Develop training documents and train others. + Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime. **Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED Equivalent + 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.50.
