Staff Physician - Pediatric Anesthesia (PRN)

Responsibilities Obtain and legibly record a detailed medical history of each patient, including chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Perform an appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyze reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations to assess the medical condition of the patient, diagnose injury or illness, and formulate a prognosis. Qualifications Required: Doctorate Degree One of: DO or MD Desired: Doctor of Osteopathy OR Medical Doctor #J-18808-Ljbffr Norton Healthcare
