Progressive Care RN

LewisGale Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our Surgical Progressive Care Unit. The RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based post‑surgical care to a diverse, high‑acuity patient population. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, medication administration, monitoring and interpreting telemetry, coordinating multidisciplinary plans of care, patient and family education, and safe discharge planning. The RN upholds patient safety, documents accurately in the EHR, and participates in quality initiatives.
