At our core, our success is driven by a commitment to quality, safety, and getting it right every time.We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Material Handler at our Old Hickory, TN location.ScheduleFull-time, 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. with additional hours as needed Pay: Base hourly rate + $2.00 per hour for all hours worked on 3rd shiftWhat You'll DoReceive, unload, label, and stock incoming materials and warehouse transfers.Pull orders and prepare shipments for next-day deliveries.Support production by preparing totes, testing equipment, and staging materials.Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.Complete assigned maintenance work orders and required documentation.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including operating cleaning equipment.Complete required safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership.Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals.Other duties as assigned.Candidates Should Possess:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong safety mindsetForklift certification (training is provided)Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with co-workers.What We Offer:At Superior, we take care of our people.
