As a delivery driver, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for delivering packages to our valued customers in a safe and timely manner. This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.No CDL License Required * Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations within assigned routesLoad and unload goods from the vehicle while ensuring proper handling and securing of itemsVerify and reconcile delivery orders with customers to ensure accuracyProvide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerMaintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or damages to the appropriate personnelAdhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and lawful driving practicesFollow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goodsCollaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may ariseComplete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely mannerRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMust be 21 years old or aboveValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is a boon but not a mandate. Freshers are encouraged to apply as well.Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulationsStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionallyAbility to navigate and use GPS or other route optimization devicesPhysically fit and able to lift heavy packages as required.
