Front Desk Guide We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Front Desk Guide to ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless—at arrival, departure, and throughout the stay. Responsibilities Ensure that every guest’s experience is relaxing and effortless at arrival, departure, and all through the stay. Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures and provide high‑quality service in a 24‑hour operation. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of similar guest or customer service experience. Passionate about hotel operations and guest service. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi‑tasker, and detail oriented. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Benefits $23.50 per hour.
