Cost Estimating & Price Analysis Support SME (Remote)

Avant Garde federal consulting team is seeking a Cost Estimating and Price Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support acquisition and financial management functions. This is a fully remote position and contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities Provide day to day cost estimating and price analysis support across a range of federal contractual instruments including micro purchases, task orders, and large contracts Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) using accepted methodologies Draft cost proposal instructions and develop price evaluation plans Perform cost and price analysis for proposals, quotes, and bids Conduct cost realism and price reasonableness evaluations Prepare price analysis documentation and memoranda Support contract administration activities including option pricing, variance analysis, and invoice review Maintain and enhance historical cost databases and recommend process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr
