In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fulfilling shipping and receiving functions. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient material flow and supporting overall production and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely move, store, and transport materials throughout the facility to support production and shipping operationsReceive, inspect, and process incoming materials from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentationIssue materials to job orders and return unused materials to inventory as neededPerform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levelsPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with quality and packaging standardsCoordinate and execute outbound shipping, including use of carrier systems (e.g., UPS)Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyComplete daily equipment inspections and maintain required safety checklistsBuild crates, pallets, and packaging solutions for safe transport of materials and finished goodsMaintain organized, clean, and efficient work areas in accordance with 5S and safety standardsRespond to internal material requests and support production teams with timely delivery of parts and suppliesParticipate in safety training and consistently follow all company safety policies and proceduresAssist with special projects, freight coordination, or additional warehouse tasks as assignedQualifications1–3 years of related warehouse or material handling experience preferredHS Diploma or GED requiredForklift and/or crane operation experience (or willingness to be trained)Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or MRP systemsAbility to read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and basic drawingsGeneral math skillsExperience with shipping software (e.g., UPS) is a plusAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood attendance and reliabilityMust be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.The estimated annual salary range for this role is $20 - 23.50 (hourly).
