Front Desk Sales & Operations Manager Location: Greenville-Spartanburg
Type: Full-Time | Weekends Required | Small-Team Environment WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE You’ll be the heartbeat of a fast-moving chiropractic clinic where no two days look the same. If you have experience leading teams, dependable, people-focused, and love keeping things running smoothly — this is your place to shine. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the first friendly face our patients see.
- Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
- Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans.
- Keep the clinic organized — check-ins, scheduling, payments, and patient flow.
- Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
- Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi-Fi down? printer jam? you’ve got it handled).
- Help with window signage, supplies, cleanliness, and online reputation..
- Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers
- Prior experience leading team and skilled at making complex topics simple
- Quick thinker who can troubleshoot or find solutions fast.
- Reliable & punctual — attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people.
- Organized multitasker who can handle front desk + sales.

- Positive attitude and willingness to “jump in” wherever needed.
- (Bonus points if you’ve worked in a wellness, medical, or fitness setting.)
- Competitive hourly pay + plus an opprotunity to transisiton to full time
- Paid training and real-world experience in business operations.
Cross-training between two-three local clinics for coverage flexibility.
