What You'll Do

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create a memorable dining experience.
Guide guests through the menu by answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately enter orders and deliver food and drinks efficiently.
Anticipate guests' needs and check in throughout their visit to ensure an exceptional experience.
Resolve guest concerns professionally by listening, involving a manager when appropriate, and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

What We're Looking For

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask while carrying food and beverages safely.
A positive attitude and willingness to support your team.
Weekend availability is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.

About Berry Fresh Cafe

Family-owned and operated, Berry Fresh Cafe opened its first location in Port St. Lucie in 2009. Since then, we've grown to serve guests across five South Florida locations: Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, Stuart, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach.

We're passionate about serving fresh, chef-inspired breakfast and lunch in a welcoming atmosphere while creating a workplace where our team members can build rewarding careers. We believe in working hard, supporting one another, and enjoying a healthy work-life balance with no late-night shifts.
