Description

The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining the front office while navigating all incoming calls and greeting visitors, providing exceptional customer service. The receptionist will also be responsible for managing projects across departments as needed. The receptionist will be the face of the business to incoming traffic and should portray our business in a professional, and positive manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and organized front office environment
• Greeting and directing all visitors to appropriate location
• Answering incoming phone calls, delegate them to the appropriate department
• Handle all inbound and outbound parcel shipments
• Assist departments with projects including HR, Sales, and Accounting (A/P A/R)
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Maintain break rooms and executive floor with coffee, drinks, paper towels and ancillary products
• Order and Maintain ink toner/cartridge for all departments
• Maintain and assist with building maintenance and vendors
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain Egencia, adding/deleting travelers
• Donations for charity @ atw.com
• Moving active files in share point to termination file.

Education Experience Required

• High school diploma, equivalent (GED)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
