This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.


Do you have experience working with Memory Care patients and the patience and compassion to meet their specific needs?

We are seeking an experienced respite provider to assist a family in Sullivan.


Schedule : Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 am-12 pm (not more than 10 hours per week)

Compensation : $20 per hour


Experience - Reliable, Professional, and Compassionate Caregivers

Skills - We are looking for a care provider with experience working with elderly memory care patients


Duties:

• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.

• Supervision, elopement prevention, provide a safe and relaxing environment

• Experience with re-direction and providing supervision to prevent elopement

• Knowledge on techniques to calm client during anxiety and confusion episodes


*Background check must be passed prior to hire.

*Must have reliable transportation
