Position : Driver

Immediate Supervisor : General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to work at scheduled time.
• Must follow all guidelines within the Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
• Must drive the truck only on specified routes. No personal stops to be made on the clock or in the company vehicle.
• Plan and organize delivery products.
• Double check deliveries prior to leaving.
• Clean and maintain delivery vehicle.
• Immediately report any accident to General Manager.
• Responsible for sanitation of loading and receiving dock areas.
• Responsible for sweeping/cleaning out storage rooms.
• Driver will report any service or maintenance issues that could affect vehicle performance (e.g. warning lights, unusual vehicle noises).
• Follow uniform policy and good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

Essential Physical-Mental Functions and Environmental Conditions

• Physical ability to meet the responsibilities of the job, (i.e. lifting up to 75 lbs.)
• Able to work with equipment.
• Must be flexible and reliable.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking a Driver who shares our passion for Food and Service. At Metz Culinary Management, we provide delicious meals which are prepared, packaged and delivered to our Client Guests including Healthcare Centers, Schools, and Corporate Guests.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver (no CDL required) to enjoy a work-life balance, stability and a great working environment loading and delivering packaged meals in our company vehicle to our Clients and Guests.

All Metz employees must undergo Drug Testing and Background checks as part of the on-boarding process. For this position candidates must have a 10-year clean driving record, current valid PA License and the ability to lift and maneuver cargo in excess of 25-50lbs.

Qualifications:

• 1 Year of experience in Delivery Services
• Food Service experience strongly desired
• A strong work ethic always looking to grow
• Strong TEAM member with a SMILE and POSITIVE spirit
