Michigan Home Care Coordinator

Seeking a dedicated Home Care Intake and Client Services Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls, gather client information, explain services, and schedule assessments for individuals seeking home care in Michigan. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and document client information accurately Explain available home care services and schedule consultations Maintain accurate records within CRM and address client questions and concerns Required qualifications Home care intake, client services, or scheduling experience required Previous call center or remote customer service experience required Must reside in the State of Michigan, with preference for candidates within 25 miles of Troy Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills
