If youre passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliResponsible for budget monitoring, construction quality and safety on the project site/liliPrepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, amendment requests and negotiations/liliInvolved on team that prepares proposals and conducts interviews/liliPrepares and negotiates contracts under the supervision of the senior construction manager/liliResponsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designer/liliReport writing/liliResponsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals/liliMentors and trains entry level construction/field engineers/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli5-10 years experience including a lead role in $10 million or greater water/wastewater project/liliCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training/liliThorough understanding of construction management processes and in-depth financial understanding of construction management/liliAbility to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints/liliHighly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organized/liliWorking knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project/liliWorking knowledge and understanding of construction methods, standards, specifications and plans is a plus/liliStrong oral and written communications skills/liliStrong computer and internet skills/liliProficient in MS Word and Excel/liliBachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction related program/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliProficient in Document Management Systems (i.e. Procore, Bentley PW/EADoc, etc.)/liliOSHA 30-hour safety course/liliCertified Construction Manager or ability to obtain certification/li/ulh3Compensation Range/h3pAn employees pay will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs./ph3Other Compensation and Benefits/h3pCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
