Senior Analyst - Business Operations

Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. What You'll Do Partner with leading CPG brands to provide strategic guidance, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions Partner with engineering team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback Support translating complex business processes (SOP, forecasting, AOP, trade finance) into clear product requirements and user stories for future product roadmap ideation Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention About You 2+ years in CPG Finance or Investment Banking/Management Consulting, etc. Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Strong background in demand forecasting and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) development and execution Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS) is a plus Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management and/or CPG Accounting Workflows is a plus You're both competitive and kind Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Getconfido
