Job Title: Customer Service and Operations CoordinatorWork Location: 2090 Wagner St, Vandalia, IL 62471 (Onsite)Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends)Duration: Full time $19-20hr to startJob Description & Responsibilities Summary:The Customer Service Coordinator will interact with both external and internal customers to process orders and answer/resolve inquiries about processing orders, products, and services in a fast-paced distribution environment.1-2 years of office and customer support experience and strong computer skillsGED/HS diploma required, pass background check and drug screenResponsibilities: Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and all internal staff Data entry skills Process customer orders according to their specific requirements and the established company policies Handle in house questions or issues between Customer Service and all other functional areas Receive customer concerns to resolve or communicate to other appropriate areas for resolution Appropriately record details of customer transactions or interactions Observe utmost confidentiality in all interactions with manager, peers and customers
