Join University Home Care Inc as a Home and Hospice Certified Nurse Assistant, providing compassionate and dedicated care to patients in the Livonia, MI area. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those receiving home and hospice care by supporting their daily needs and assisting with medical tasks under the supervision of nursing staff. Responsibilities Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report changes in patients’ health conditions to nursing staff and supervisors timely. Assist with hospice care tasks respecting patients’ comfort and dignity in end-of-life situations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow all infection control and safety procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) with experience in home health or hospice care preferred. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Livonia, MI. Compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations for home and hospice care. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Benefits Competitive pay of $25.00 per visit, paid twice a month.
