Please do not hesitate to apply, as you may be the right fit for this position or another position we have open.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDEssential Functions and Primary DutiesSupport group of auditors by preparing limited audit steps prior to the auditor's desk/field workManipulate data submitted by hospitals for loading into firm-wide databasesCommunicate with providers on missing dataPerform general office duties such as scanning/copying documents and preparing mailingsPrepare various documents which may include reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentationsShare in training on subject matterParticipate in the development of projects overseeing the implementationMaintain security of and confidentiality of all protected health informationAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree3 years' experience in office environmentBasic bookkeeping and reconciling experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office software tools, specifically ExcelPossess strong data entry and typing skillsBe well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailPossess ability to quality review own workPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyMust be a team player who works well with a groupAbility to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligationsPosting Date: 2026-09-21
