Together, we can change lives - and help redefine what healthcare can be.Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our: Primary Care Clinics: Mercy Care Decatur Street & Mercy Care Chamblee. Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred for the Chamblee Clinic. Mobile Health Team. Street Medicine Team. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions, ensuring comprehensive care coordination with medical and social services. You will also participate in community outreach events to support our mission of delivering accessible healthcare.What You Will DoProvide primary care services under established medical protocols.Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices.Prescribe medications in consultation with the Medical Director as needed.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.Participate in community health fairs and outreach events 3-4 times a year.Deliver age-appropriate care, primarily for adults (18-65) and geriatric patients (65+), with potential to serve pediatric patients.Minimum QualificationsGraduation from an NLN-approved MSN Nurse Practitioner program or a certified Nurse Practitioner program with three years of NP experience.Georgia RN license required.Two years of RN experience preferred.Experience working with diverse and underserved populations preferred.Ability to diagnose and treat patients in health and illness using health promotion, disease prevention, and therapeutic interventions.Knowledge of health problems, issues, and needs of the specific target populations.Position Highlights and Benefits:Day-1 Benefits (PTO accrual, retirement plan and match, health insurance and more!)Opportunity to get paid daily – through DailyPayPaid holidays and generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Discounts with major vendors; AT&T, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Quicken Loans, AND MORE!Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
