Responsibilities

• Identify the specific insurance needs of new and existing clients through thoughtful, one-on-one conversations.
• You will handle all of the Auto leads
• Create customized protection plans that offer genuine peace of mind for families and businesses.
• Manage incoming inquiries with a warm, helpful, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure they have the information needed to make confident decisions about their coverage.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation to keep our agency running smoothly.
• Participate in local community events to build our presence and reputation in West Covina.

Requirements

• Active California Property Casualty Insurance License.
• Prior experience in an insurance sales or consultative environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to better connect with our local community.
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital insurance platforms.
• Clear communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
