About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer / Full-Stack AI Product Engineer to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered business applications that solve real-world operational challenges.

This is not a machine learning research position. We are not seeking candidates whose primary experience centers around model training, academic AI research, computer vision research, or data science. Instead, we're looking for a business-minded engineer who understands how technology can improve workflows, automate processes, and create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with practical AI implementation experience, business acumen, and the ability to bridge conversations between technical teams and business stakeholders. This person should be comfortable reviewing a scope of work, understanding the underlying business problem, proposing a better solution when appropriate, and then helping build and deploy that solution.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives

• Review requirements and recommend technical solutions that best fit the business need

• Build AI-enabled applications, automation tools, and intelligent workflow solutions

• Connect cloud-hosted LLMs and AI services through APIs, orchestration layers, and business workflows

• Design and develop front-end applications and user experiences

• Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic

• Implement agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks

• Design and maintain retrieval, context management, and prompt architecture solutions

• Deploy, monitor, and support cloud-based applications and services

• Troubleshoot issues across front-end, backend, cloud, and AI platforms

• Utilize AI coding tools and automation technologies to accelerate development

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams in an entrepreneurial environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering, or platform engineering experience

• Strong full-stack development experience

• Experience building and deploying applications in AWS

• Experience developing APIs and integrations

• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions in production environments

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders

• Strong understanding of application architecture and software development best practices

• Ability to evaluate requirements and recommend alternative technical approaches when appropriate
