Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to achieve student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and offer expert input as part of the multi-disciplinary team
• Educate and support teachers and families on strategies to reinforce progress outside therapy sessions
