Job Summary:

Operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes. Executes a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, ensuring high-quality results that assist in patient diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures according to protocol.
  
  
• 
  Operate CT and other imaging equipment accurately and safely.
  
  
• 
  Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care during imaging procedures.
  
  
• 
  Maintain precise records of procedures, images, and billing information.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
  
  
• 
  Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and supply inventory management of imaging equipment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  
  
• 
  Be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology and CT modalities.
  
  
• 
  Possess an active Radiologic Tech license in California.
  
  
• 
  Hold valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
  
• 
  Have current certifications for fluoroscopy, venipuncture, and relevant facility-specific licenses.
