Title: SQL Database Administrator

Description:

We are actively seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Robinson Township, PA . This role offers the opportunity to work on critical database systems while also contributing to application development and support efforts using C# and/or .NET .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases in a production environment
  • Ensure database integrity, security, backups, and high availability
  • Monitor and tune performance of the database systems
  • Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement stored procedures, triggers, and functions
  • Participate in data integration, migration, and ETL processes
  • Utilize C# and/or .NET to support internal tools or develop database-driven applications as needed
  • Document procedures, system configurations, and change logs
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and T-SQL
  • Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
  • Knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery models
  • Development background in C# and/or .NET
  • Experience supporting production and development environments
  • Ability to work on-site in the Robinson Township area
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS , or other SQL Server tools
  • Experience with CI/CD processes in a .NET development environment
  • Knowledge of cloud-based database services (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, etc.)
