PainterLocation: Evansville, IN, US, 47725Position Summary: The position is responsible for painting and cleaning various size and shapes of industrial parts.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Safety – Conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1Adhere to all H-E Parts company policies and proceduresMust maintain a good attendance record and maintain the highest level of professional conductEnsure parts are clean and ready for paintPrepare and secure parts for transportation throughout the shop areaRig and set up parts securely on stands or in parts washer for cleaning and paintingUse of tools, pressure washer and chemical tank to prep partsOperate material-handling equipment to move parts to different staging areas and set up various standsMaintain good housekeeping of paint areaDemonstrate an aptitude to learn and grown within the department and shopPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to lift up to 50lbs is requiredAbility to wear respirator and/or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requiredSelf-motivated, possessing the ability to work with limited supervision requiredStrong work ethic and attendance requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred
