Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Inventory

$17.00/hour | Full-Time | Oldsmar, FL

About the Role

Swedencare North America is a growing pet health company looking for a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, order processing, and inventory organization .

This is a full-time, steady role in a clean, organized warehouse—not a large distribution center. You’ll stay active, work with a small team, and learn systems that go beyond basic pick/pack work.

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately
Print and apply shipping labels using warehouse software
Verify orders (items and quantities) before shipment
Assist with inventory organization and stock accuracy
Use basic computer systems for shipping and order tracking
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support daily shipping deadlines and carrier pickups

✅ Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written instructions in English
Reliable and punctual

➕ Preferred (Not Required)

Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience
Experience with ShipStation or similar platforms
Familiarity with Amazon FBA or inventory systems
