Company Description Sharma Rehabilitation Services (SRS) is a hands‑on Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practice focused on identifying and treating the root causes of pain rather than only addressing symptoms. SRS serves children, adults, and geriatric patients with diverse diagnoses, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, gait deviations, torticollis, scoliosis, cerebral palsy, autism/PDD, and sensory integration disorders. The practice emphasizes personalized, evidence‑informed care and a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Role Description This is a full‑time or Part‑Time, on‑site Physical Therapist role based in Queens, NY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands‑on manual therapy and rehabilitation interventions for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities, documenting treatment progress, and adjusting plans of care as needed to optimize functional outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and support staff, patient and family education on home exercise programs, and adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. The Physical Therapist will contribute to a supportive clinical culture that prioritizes high‑quality patient care and continuous learning. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge and training in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in manual therapy and trigger point techniques. Active New York state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, including conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and developmental disabilities.
