We book 15–20 warm appointments a week for you. Homeowners who called us first, not doors you're knocking on cold. Up to 10% commission, no cap. Top reps clear $100,000+.

If you're good with people and underpaid for it, that's the problem we're solving. Maybe you're already selling and tired of chasing junk leads for a company that competes on being the cheapest. Maybe you've never had a sales title, but you've always been the one who can talk to anyone. Either way, what's been capping your income isn't your ability.

What you'll be doing

Your appointments are scheduled by area, so your day is efficient — we want you spending time with customers, not crossing Central Florida. Every one is a homeowner who contacted us and is expecting you.We answer every call and treat customers right from first contact through long after the sale. That's why your calendar stays full.This frees you up to do what you were hired for: walk the property, assess the real issue, present the right solution, and close the sale.

• Year-one earnings over $100,000; top reps clear over $2,000/week
• Higher commission tier on leads you generate yourself — build your own book with realtors, property managers, GCs, past customers, and referrals, and pull away from the pack

Who we're looking for

This role has always had two kinds of people succeed at it, and we want both reading this posting:

If you already have sales experience — you've sold roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, pest control, real estate, timeshare/vacation ownership, or big-ticket in-home consultations (closets, security, home design), or you've owned and run your own service business and sold the work yourself. If you've earned a commission check by convincing someone face-to-face, you already have what this takes.

If you've never had the title, but you've had the job — maybe you served, ran your own business, or worked a trade, and you've spent years reading a room, earning trust, and getting to yes without ever calling it "sales." Our training program covers the process. We can't teach the wiring, but if you've got it, we'll teach you the rest. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Preference is given to candidates who have successfully sold gutters — but that background isn't required to apply.

Either way, you need to be 21+, hold a valid Florida driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel daily across our Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Villages service area.
