Security officer positions may require you to perform the following regularly during a shift: Lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs Reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads Climb stairs with loads up to 50 lbs Walk and stand for long periods of time, climb stairs & ladders Type or work at a keyboard or desk Job Description Position: 2nd Shift Supervisor Position Type: Full-time Location: Atlanta Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Pay rate: $19 You will be the first to meet with the public, tenants, and their guests so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. You will be responsible for monitoring who comes in and out of the premises. The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience and safe environment. Job Description Responsibilities/Duties: Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents Conduct regular patrols Monitor activities Surveillance Access Control Safety escorts Using provided communication devices Represent EKG Security brand Properly wear the issued uniform Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) Complete Incident Reports Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures. Other duties as described in the Post Orders Required Skills/Abilities Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting.
