Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to provide technical leadership for engineering teams. The position requires a candidate with substantial technical depth to guide development, integration, and testing efforts. The role involves overseeing program execution and ensuring the successful delivery of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to teams of 10-15 engineers.
• Lead systems engineering, software integration, and verification and validation activities.
• Oversee all phases of program execution, from development through testing.
• Ensure projects meet technical, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for program efforts.
• Guide team leadership in technical decision-making and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership and team leadership roles.
• Proficiency in systems engineering principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience with software integration processes.
• Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.
• Background in leading program execution for technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ground systems.
• Familiarity with command and control systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Previous work on aerospace and defense programs.
