Job Details Position Description: RN - ICU at a healthcare facility in Wenatchee, WA. Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, totaling 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: WA State / Compact RN Licensure; active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications; 1 year of ICU nursing experience. Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The role involves coordinating and providing patient care in compliance with hospital policies and the Washington Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include administering medications, implementing patient care plans, documenting assessments, teaching patients and families, and participating in quality improvement activities. No float rotation required. Candidates must be capable of developing, implementing, and reassessing individualized patient care while maintaining a safe environment and collaborating with the healthcare team.
