Graphics Designer

Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and promotional campaigns Create production-ready files meeting print and digital specifications Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial, and other internal teams to develop creative solutions supporting business goals Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients to understand project objectives and deliver creative work Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Contribute ideas to improve creative quality, workflows, and team collaboration Use AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, organize ideas, improve copy, and accelerate routine tasks Requirements Experience designing for both print and digital media Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and print production Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional work Experience creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to an innovative creative team Experience working directly with clients or customers is a bonus Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation is a bonus Passion for learning new design trends, software, and creative techniques is a bonus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing high-quality print and digital marketing materials, with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
