Job Description Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. They engage customers through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually, assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. They build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions about their financial needs and banking channel preferences. They identify solutions for new and existing clients, maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital offerings, and provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, and collaborating with branch team members. They open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, proactively educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products, and leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Applicants must complete mandatory registration, including a criminal background and credit check. Maintaining NMLS registration and a satisfactory criminal and credit record is required.
