Job Description
Join a growing commercial and residential electrical contractor in Georgetown, MA as a Foreman Electrician. This role is perfect for a Massachusetts-licensed electrician with extensive experience in installation work across commercial environments. Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems and components for new construction and renovation projects in offices, restaurants, and other commercial spaces.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Run wiring, install panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and equipment according to Massachusetts electrical code.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure smooth project flow.
• Perform system testing and verification to ensure safe, code-compliant installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of materials, work performed, and project progress.
• Follow company and state safety standards on every job site.

Essential Skills

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• 3+ years of installation-focused electrical experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Experience supervising crews on prior construction sites.
• Strong understanding of MA electrical code and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish.
• Comfort working in fast-paced commercial environments such as restaurants and small businesses.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Basic Journeyman Electrician tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
