Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours/week during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Implement individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient response
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout their course of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and electronic medical record systems
