In this vital role, you'll provide one-to-one observation and support for patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while assisting with daily living activities.What You'll DoProvide constant observation and personal care for patients requiring one-to-one supportAssist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and eliminationDocument patient interactions and observations accuratelyIdentify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staffMaintain a hazard-free patient environment and follow safety protocols during transportSupport nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team membersQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to sit in quiet observation of patient for long periods of time without distraction.Experience in customer service or team-based environments a plusCurrent BLS (CPR) certification requiredStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safetyPhysical & Mental RequirementsThis role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), as well as continuous mental focus and communication.
