Manufacturing Project ManagerAn established manufacturer of custom industrial and commercial HVAC equipment in the Houston, TX area is hiring a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead custom fabrication and assembly projects from kickoff to delivery. This is a made-to-order manufacturing environment — every unit is built to a customer's specific requirements, not pulled off a shelf. You'll work directly with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and matched to spec. This is a stable, established employer with real ownership over your projects and direct access to leadership.Anticipated $75K-$90K annually, based on experienceFull suite of benefits: Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company matchPTO plus paid holidaysFlexible daily schedule (typical 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)OverviewOwn the planning and execution of custom HVAC fabrication and assembly projects start to finishSet project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with leadershipBuild and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or a similar toolTrack budgets and drive cost accountability across each projectSpot risk early and put corrective action in place before it costs time or moneyCoordinate engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams so nobody's waiting on anybodyServe as the main point of contact for project status with customers and leadershipWalk the production floor regularly — this is not a desk-only rolePreferred Skills/ExperiencesBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science preferred; equivalent experience/education combination consideredMinimum 5 years as a Project Manager in HVAC, fabrication, or manufacturingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsProficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling softwareComfortable splitting time between office and active shop-floor environmentsStrong budgeting, scheduling, and resource-planning backgroundEffective communicator able to lead and influence cross-functional teams
