Senior Design Engineer
Location: Columbia, MD
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering design experience, particularly in electrical or mechanical systems design for construction.
- Hands-on experience designing commercial or utility-scale solar PV systems.
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.
- NABCEP certification.
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable engineering standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD and computer-based drafting tools.
- Experience with industry-standard solar PV design and energy modeling software.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawing
