We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from pre-construction through final completion while creating an exceptional experience for every homeowner. As our Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary field leader and client-facing representative, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough and project closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules while coordinating daily field operations.
• Conduct routine jobsite visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, material deliveries, and trade partners throughout each project.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication, regular site meetings, and timely project updates.
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, costs, and progress to help ensure successful project outcomes.
• Review plans, verify field conditions, and collaborate with the design team to resolve construction challenges before they impact the schedule.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, project documentation, photos, and reports within the company's project management software.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, local building codes, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Mentor and support field team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.

• Delivering projects on time while maintaining budget expectations.
• Creating an exceptional remodeling experience through proactive communication and strong leadership.
• Building lasting relationships that contribute to repeat clients and referrals.
• Leading organized, safe, and efficient jobsites that reflect Patrick A. Finn's commitment to excellence.
• Collaborating seamlessly with designers, trade partners, and office staff to keep projects moving forward.
• Upholding the craftsmanship and professionalism that have defined Patrick A. Finn for more than three decades.

• 8+ years of experience managing residential remodeling or custom home construction projects.

• Design-build experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change order management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using construction management software such as CoConstruct, Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar platforms.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications are a plus.
