Pay: $10.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Baker Support team member to help keep our bakery running smoothly. This role is responsible for washing dishes and baking equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting bakers with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, baking pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and workstations clean and sanitized.
Assist bakers with ingredient preparation, measuring, and basic food prep.
Organize and restock supplies and ingredients.
Take out trash and recycling as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support the bakery team with additional tasks during busy periods.

Qualifications

No experience required—training provided.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.

Schedule

Flexible shifts available.
Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $10.00 per hour
