Caregiver Job Summary: At No Worries Care, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a critical role in improving the well-being and daily functioning of our clients, especially older adults who may require additional support due to age-related conditions. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met, including special dietary requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping Foster social engagement and companionship to promote emotional well-being Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence Administer medications per care plans and monitor compliance Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to healthcare providers or family members Provide supportive care for geriatric clients, including those with age-related illnesses such as dementia, arthritis, or mobility impairments Qualifications: At least one year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, nursing homes, assisted living, etc.) CNA or HCA credential preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of patient observation and reporting techniques Experience working with elderly clients is a strong plus Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliabilityEmpathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr No Worries Care Olympia
