ASL Paraprofessional / High School Interpreter — Centreville, MD

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–2:45 PM | High School

We are seeking an ASL-fluent Paraprofessional to provide interpreting support for a high school student throughout the school day. This position is focused specifically on ensuring the student has effective communication access in the classroom and during school activities.

The interpreter will provide ASL interpreting services for the assigned student during instruction, classroom discussions, teacher directions, and other school-based activities as needed. The role is dedicated to supporting the student’s communication access and allowing them to fully participate in their educational program alongside their peers.

ASL knowledge is required. No formal certification is required at this time.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 7:45 AM–2:45 PM.
