The Restaurant General Manager will:

· Have 3+ years of QSR or casual management experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager

· Have high-volume experience

· Have experience working in a corporate setting

· Have back of house experience

· Ensure the utmost quality and consistency in food and service

· Have a passion for building, training, and leading a strong team

· Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals
